1. Scope

This policy applies to the RD2Tools website, player tools, member accounts, and forum. RD2Tools is an unofficial player website and is not a Random Dice 2 or 111 Percent Inc. service.

2. Data We Process

Using tools without signing in

Attack-speed calculator settings, language, recently used tools, Dice Tree simulation plans, and save history are stored in your browser's localStorage. Using these features does not upload that data to the RD2Tools member database. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.

Accounts and forum

Account data: email address, Supabase user ID, sign-in method, and verification status.
Google sign-in: when selected, basic account information authorized by Google, such as your email address and name.
Public data: display name, posts, comments, tags, and publication times. Your email address is not shown publicly in the forum.
Moderation data: content reports, review status, suspension records, and administrator permissions.
Analytics data: Google receives consent status and cookieless technical measurement signals. After you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may also process pages viewed, sessions, approximate location, browser, device type, and similar site-usage information.

Password verification is handled by Supabase Auth. RD2Tools does not read or store your plaintext password.

3. Purposes

Create and verify accounts and maintain sign-in sessions.
Display and manage forum posts, comments, and display names.
Handle reports, prevent abuse, and protect site security.
Use aggregate statistics to understand tool usage and improve content and usability.
Respond to support, privacy, and rights-related requests.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase: database, email and Google sign-in, and member sessions.
Google: authorization and account data when you select Google sign-in; Google Analytics 4 measurement behavior based on your cookie choice.
Cloudflare: domain, content delivery, security, and site hosting; it may process IP addresses, device or browser information, request time, and related technical data.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance information. According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies and does not collect or use visitors' personal data for analytics.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Supabase stores sign-in sessions in the browser. Tool settings, language, recently used tools, and your cookie choice are stored in localStorage. These essential features remain available if you reject analytics cookies.

The site uses Google Consent Mode. Google code is present in the <head> of each page, but analytics storage is denied by default. Before consent, Google Analytics cookies are not created, although Google may receive cookieless consent and measurement signals. After you select “Allow Analytics Cookies,” Google Analytics 4 may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish users and maintain sessions.

Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. RD2Tools does not intentionally send member names, email addresses, or forum content to Google Analytics.

You can reject analytics cookies or change your choice at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. When consent is withdrawn, analytics storage is denied again and removable Google Analytics cookies are cleared. You can also clear cookies and local data through your browser settings.

Cloudflare Web Analytics remains in use for aggregate traffic and performance information and, according to Cloudflare, does not use cookies. Google sign-in pages may use cookies under Google's own policies.

6. Retention, Visibility, and Deletion

Display names, posts, and comments are public. Account email addresses, reports, and moderation records are not public. Data is generally retained until the account or content is deleted; provider security records or backups may remain for a limited period under provider policies.

You can delete your own posts and request account deletion under the account and data deletion instructions. After deletion, the directly linked profile, posts, comments, and report data are removed, except where retention is required by law or to resolve a security dispute.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can change your display name in Account, delete your own posts, reject or withdraw analytics consent, or email us to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. To protect the account, we may ask you to verify your identity through the registered email address.

8. Children's Privacy

If local law requires consent from a parent or legal guardian before you provide personal data, obtain that consent first. A parent or guardian who believes a child created an account without appropriate consent should contact us.

9. Policy Updates and Contact

The date on this page will be updated after material policy changes. If a change materially affects how existing member data is used, notice will be provided on the site or by another appropriate method.
